Ten feature films are competing for the Best Picture Oscar at this year’s Academy Awards show on Sunday, March 10th. The awards are little more than a well financed popularity contest, but they do motivate people to watch some very good movies they otherwise wouldn’t see. For me, five of the Best Picture nominees are must see films that you can stream for $5.99 or less:
OPPENHEIMER is free for PEACOCK subscribers, but you can rent it for $5.99 on Amazon, Apple TV, and YouTube.
BARBIE is free for MAX subscribers, but you can rent it for $5.99 on Amazon, Apple TV, and YouTube.
MAESTRO is only available on Netflix.
THE HOLDOVERS is free for PEACOCK subscribers, but you can rent it for $5.99 on Amazon, Apple TV, and YouTube.
PAST LIVES is free for PARAMOUNT PLUS and SHOWTIME subscribers, but you can rent it for $3.99 on Amazon and Vudu.
