Dashcam video shows drivers narrowly missing large tanks on H-1 Freeway

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Dashcam video sent into Hawaii News Now shows the moment drivers narrowly missed large tanks in the middle of the freeway early Friday morning.
The tanks were on the H-1 Freeway westbound, just before the Waikele exit.
In the dashcam video, two vehicles just narrowly missed one of the tanks.
A witness said they appeared to look like propane tanks.
HPD tells us the tanks have been cleared off the road and officers remain on the scene.
No word on how they got there.
