HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - Building on the success of the first Keiki Street Festival, Our Kakaako says they are excited to welcome families back to celebrate, play and learn this weekend.

The 2nd Annual Keiki Street Festival will take over Auahi Street between Keawe and Coral from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.

”Keiki Street Festival Presented by American Savings Bank converts Our Kakaako into an exciting hub for outdoor learning and play, featuring diverse, immersive activities and energetic exploration,” said Pualani Hao, planning and development director at Kamehameha Schools.

“Inspired by the legacy of Ke Alii Bernice Pauahi Paki Bishop, our goal is to offer hands-on experiences that make nature and culture accessible in an urban setting for keiki of all ages. Connecting with ‘āina instills a greater appreciation for our beautiful home and helps keiki have a strong foundation in culture and community.”
