HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The delicate Okinawan cherry blossoms in Wahiawa are unpredictable and they are beginning to bloom.

You can celebrate the cherry blossom bloom in Hawaii with a trolley ride through Wahiawa town.

The 90-minute “Sakura Safari” trolley ride happens this Saturday at 9 a.m.

It costs $25.

Many of the cherry blossom trees reportedly trace their roots to a single tree brought from Okinawa.

Anyone interested is asked to RSVP for a seat on the trolley by Thursday, Jan. 25 by calling 808-291-6151 or emailing renemansho@hawaii.rr.com. Spots are limited.
