KAILUA, OAHU (HawaiiNewsNow) - (Hawaii News Now) - Kailua Town Farmers Market is celebrating the power of Chocolate this weekend with their third annual Hawaii Cacao Festival! Joining Dan in Studio B this morning is co-owner or Manoa Chocolate Tamara Armstrong to give us more details.
