19th Annual Men’s March Against Domestic Violence

(Hawaii News Now) - Domestic violence is a significant issue – lifetime prevalence is 1 in 4 women; 85% of victims are women. 37% of Hawaii women reported being a victim of DV, rape or stalking in a study conducted by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in 2010. It is a community, workplace, safety, and even a financial issue. So what can be done to help curb the issue of domestic violence? The 19th Annual Men's March Against Domestic Violence will be held on October 3rd to help address these issues.
